Conduit: A warmer language for agentic experiences
Conduit is an AI workforce for hospitality, helping businesses deploy and manage customer-facing agents across every conversation channel. Rather than selling a chatbot, Conduit gives small teams the infrastructure to operate, improve, and scale entire fleets of agents.

We moved away from the visual clichés of the category: dark interfaces, saturated gradients, terminal graphics, and generic AI abstraction. Light blues create calm and clarity, while peach, orange, and natural tones introduce warmth. Grain, blur, shadow, and distortion give the imagery a subtle synthetic quality without overpowering it. The result feels advanced without feeling cold, and expressive without losing the restraint expected from an enterprise product.

Conduit’s agents are designed to learn, adapt, and improve with every interaction. We translated that idea into a visual system built around growth, using flowers as a metaphor for intelligence becoming more capable over time. What begins as a simple structure expands into something more complex, distinct, and alive. The identity makes that evolution visible, turning an invisible technical process into something immediate and human.
Flowers as a visual language
Flowers became a metaphor for agents that learn, adapt and become increasingly capable. Concentric structures and subtle technical treatments connected that organic world back to the idea of a conduit: systems, pathways and flows working beneath the surface.
Website Design
Across the site, we focused on making the experience easy to scan: clear product demonstrations, customer proof, modular feature stories and direct paths to action.
